Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for online orders. Purchases made in-store are eligible for a return for exchange or store credit only within 14 days. Market and Pop-up event purchases are FINAL SALE.
Online Orders: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for any cost to ship back the items being returned. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 7 days after receiving the item to request a return or exchange due to a item being damaged.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like items that have been worn, do not have the original tags or are returned with the scent of fragrances, smoke or pets.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on SWIG, TELETIES, HATS, JEWELRY, SEASONAL/HOLIDAY ITEMS, SALE/CLEARANCE OR GIFT CARDS.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
STORE CREDIT ONLY
Online orders: we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically credit the amount you originally paid to a store credit only. No refunds.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, your items are no longer eligible to be returned.
In store: For purchases made in store you have 14 days to return an item for store credit or an exchange for another item of equal value. All returns must meet the return criteria to eligible. No stains, the original tags must be attached, no pet hair, no smells, no sign or being worn.
